On May 25, the evaluation second class, Food Safety Committee Secretariat of Japanese Cabinet Office, released the news that on May 24, 2022the 859th food Safety Committee was held. Metobromuron food safety risk assessment was made on the meeting. The Food Safety Commission has established an acute reference dose (ARfD) of 0.015mg/kg body weight.
