On May 27, 2022, the Russian Federal Agency for Technical Regulations and Metrology issued the Standard for ground starch products (GOSTR70129-2022), which applies to corn, potato, wheat, pea and cassava starch obtained from grinding.  Ground starch is used in food production as a stabilizer, thickener, emulsifier etc. in the production of food concentrates, sauces, creams, low-calorie mayonnaise, ketchup, confectionery and other products. It will be implemented on March 1, 2023.  

2022年5月27日，俄罗斯联邦技术法规和计量局发布研磨淀粉产品标准（GOSTR70129-2022），该标准适用于研磨获得的玉米、马铃薯、小麦、豌豆和木薯淀粉。研磨淀粉用于食品生产，在食品浓缩物、酱汁、奶油、低热量蛋黄酱、番茄酱、糖果和其他产品的生产中作为稳定剂、增稠剂、乳化剂使用等。2023年3月1日实施。
