US FDA: nine baby died from infant formula

Nine baby have died from infant formula in the United States, according to Food Safety News.  
   
Between December 1, 2021, and March 3, 2022, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) received nine consumer complaints related to infant formula deaths in which infants were fed infant formula made by Abbott Laboratories in Sturgis plant, Michigan.  
   
The FDA previously said two children died from Cronobacter sakazakii after consuming infant formula made by Abbott Laboratories inc. at a Plant in Sturgis, Michigan.  The latest FDA documents show that nine children have died after consuming infant formula.
