MOFCOM: Preliminary determination of dumping on imported brandy originating from EU, no provisional anti-dumping measures for the time being

The Ministry of Commerce of China issued the annual Announcement No. 35 on August 29, announcing the preliminary ruling on the anti-dumping investigation of imported brandy originating in the European Union, ruling that there is dumping of imported brandy originating in the European Union, the domestic related brandy industry is threatened with material damage, and there is a causal relationship between dumping and the threat of material damage. The margin of dumping found in the preliminary determination is 30.6% to 39.0%. No provisional anti-dumping measures will be taken in this case.

 

At the same time, the Commerce Department also disclosed the dumping margin of each company. Among them, the dumping margin of the sampled company Martell was 30.6%, the French Hennessy was 39%, and the E.REMY MARTIN was 38.1%.
