On September 22, 2023, Health Canada issued NOP/ADP SFCI-001 Notice 22, proposing to amend the Directory of Nutrition Symbol Specifications and Directory of Supplemented Food Caution Identifier Specifications to allow seamless integration between the nutrition label and the Supplementary food Warning identifier on the front of the package or the pre-packaged product nutrition label for various foods.

The feedback period ends on November 5, 2023.
