According to the State Administration for Market Regulation, November 14th marked the one-year anniversary since the implementation of the "Regulations on the Review of Production License for Infant Formula Milk Powder (2022 Version)" (referred to as the "New Regulations"). In the past year, we have witnessed significant progress in enhancing the safety and quality standards of infant formula.

In response to the New Regulations, the market supervision department has taken further measures to ensure strict compliance with production license conditions. We have standardized review criteria and standards, ensuring that infant formula production enterprises fulfill their main responsibilities.

During the third quarter, national supervision and random inspections of infant formula achieved an impressive pass rate of 99.85%. This remarkable result reflects the continued improvement and stability of the quality and safety of infant formula.

The implementation of the New Regulations has also prompted enterprises to strengthen their food safety responsibility system. Now, all infant formula production enterprises are required to have at least one full-time food safety director and one full-time food safety staff. The designated person in charge of the enterprise or the authorized food safety director assumes responsibility for production and factory release. They continuously monitor the quality and safety of released products and bear full accountability for the quality and safety of infant formula.

Furthermore, the dedicated food safety staff diligently fulfill their duties, overseeing and inspecting the enterprise's compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards. They also conduct random checks to verify the accuracy of release inspection results.

With these robust measures in place, we are confident in the continuous enhancement of the safety and quality standards of infant formula. By prioritizing the well-being and health of infants, we are committed to providing parents with peace of mind and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in our products.
