EU proposes to amend the regulation on the use of endo-1,4-β-xylanase as a food additive
On December 11, 2024, the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) published document 2024.9126, which proposes to amend the maximum use level of endo-1,4-β-xylanase as a food additive in cereal bakery products from the original 1.44 mg/kg to 0.9435 mg/kg.
