According to statistics, the wines are from Australia, Austria, Germany, France, Serbia and Spain. Australia had the largest number of unqualified wines, with 23 batches.
The reasons for the unqualified wines include unqualified labels, unqualified prepackage, excessive use of food additives, unqualified sensory inspection, unqualified methanol content, and lead. Among them, unqualified labels ranked first, with 19 batches.
In addition, the ports of entry for substandard im
ported wine involved Beijing, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Qingdao, Xiamen, Shenzhen and Chongqing. Among them, shenzhen port is not allowed to enter the largest number of wine, 16 batches.
According to the General Administration of Customs, the unqualified im
ported wines have been returned or destroyed at the port in accordance with the law.
